How it works

    Language course to the target level

    Teaching takes place in the country of origin and targets the level actually required for the profession and for recognition. In healthcare professions that is usually B1 or B2, depending on the federal state.

    Professional vocabulary, not just everyday language

    A B2 certificate helps little if the words for handover, documentation and duty roster are missing. We work with the vocabulary of the specific profession before it is needed on the job.

    Working life and culture

    Punctuality, hierarchy, direct feedback, how mistakes are handled: much of this is unwritten and later causes misunderstandings. We address it beforehand – in both directions.

    Travel and arrival

    Documents, flight, first accommodation and the question of who will be at the airport: all settled before anyone boards a plane.

Frequently asked questions

Which language level is required?
It depends on the profession and the federal state. Healthcare and nursing professions usually require B1 or B2 for recognition; other professions may need less. We clarify this before the language course starts so nobody studies towards the wrong target.
How long does preparation take?
Reaching the required language level takes several months, depending on prior knowledge and pace. Because recognition and visa procedures take time anyway, preparation runs in parallel and usually does not extend the overall process.
Do the classes take place online or on site?
Both are possible – our partners teach in person in the country of origin, supplemented by online sessions. What fits depends on the country and the group.
