Support During Employment

Most terminations have no professional cause. They happen when the accommodation does not work out, an unread letter from an authority sits on the table, or something in the team festers that nobody names. We stay available for six months – for both sides.

We provide your professionals with a personal contact person who accompanies them in everyday life – from apartment hunting to orientation in the new city to leisure activities and clubs. Our support includes airport transfer upon arrival, accompaniment to government appointments, and a city orientation to important contact points. Through regular check-in meetings, integration discussions with employer and employee, targeted advice on employee retention, and cultural coaching sessions, we ensure that integration succeeds sustainably.

Who this service is for

Employers who want to keep the professionals they have gained, and international professionals who need someone to ask during the first months.

How it works

  1. 1

    Arrival and transfer

Pick-up at the airport, first accommodation, orientation in the new city: the way to work, to the supermarket, to the pharmacy, to the doctor.

  2. 2

    Housing and everyday life

We help with finding accommodation, with contracts and with everything that arrives on paper during the first six months. That includes pointing towards clubs and activities where contacts outside work can develop.

  3. 3

    Regular check-in conversations

We talk to the professional at fixed intervals – not only when something goes wrong. That way issues come up while they are still small.

  4. 4

    Moderated conversations with the employer

We moderate conversations between employer and professional, give feedback on misunderstandings and advise the team where intercultural expectations diverge.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the support last?
Six months from the start of employment as standard. If there is still a need afterwards, it can be extended – we discuss that before the time runs out.
Who is the contact person?
One specific person, not a hotline. They know the case from the beginning and are available to both the professional and the employer.
What happens if there is conflict in the team?
We listen to both sides separately and then bring them together. Often there is an unspoken expectation behind the conflict that can be resolved in a moderated conversation before it leads to a resignation.
