International Recruitment

When a position stays open for months, salary is rarely the reason. We search where qualified professionals are available and willing to move to Germany – and we check qualifications, language level and expectations against your role before the first interview.

Our partners in various countries identify qualified professionals and carefully assess their suitability. We handle the entire application process – from initial selection through interviews to contract negotiation. This way, you receive perfectly matched candidates who fit your team both professionally and personally.

Who this service is for

Employers in nursing, healthcare, skilled trades, industry and IT who can no longer fill positions through the German labour market and are looking for a long-term solution rather than a stopgap.

How it works

  1. 1

    Define the need

We go through what the role actually requires, which language level is realistically necessary and when the person should start. The result is a profile that can also be applied in the country of origin.

  2. 2

Pre-selection in the country of origin

Our local partners approach candidates, verify qualifications and work experience and hold a first interview. You only receive profiles that have passed this screening.

  3. 3

    Interviews

You conduct the interviews yourself, by video or on site. We arrange the appointments, translate where needed and prepare both sides for what matters to the other.

  4. 4

    Contract and preparation

Once you decide, we handle the employment contract, the recognition procedure and the visa. Preparation in the country of origin starts in parallel so no time is lost between the offer and the first working day.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take from first enquiry to the first working day?
Most of the time is determined not by us but by the recognition authority and the German mission abroad. Realistically, several months pass between the first enquiry and the first working day. How many depends on the profession, the country of origin and the language level – we will tell you what to expect in your case during the first conversation.
Which countries do you recruit from?
We work with established partners in several countries, among them Vietnam, Syria and the Mediterranean region. Which country fits your role depends on the profession and on the recognition pathway.
What if the professional does not stay?
That is exactly why our work does not end on the first working day. Support during employment is part of the process, because most terminations have private and organisational causes rather than professional ones.
