No data is transmitted to external form service providers. For the translation form, the uploaded file is included as an email attachment. The data is stored solely for the purpose of processing your enquiry. The CV and cover letter generator on the "For Professionals" page runs entirely in your browser. Your entries are processed there and are not automatically transmitted to us. Only when you actively tick the "send copy" checkbox and click the send button are your document and the details it contains – including your application photo – transmitted to us via encrypted SMTP. We use this data to send you a copy of your documents and our support offer by email, and to accompany you with arriving and settling in if you wish. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an informal email to info@integration-klar.de; we will then delete your documents immediately.
